From back cover:
"Nick Horrigan thinks he has his life back on track after a mysterious, traumatic incident that occurred just before his eighteenth birthday. He has forgotten about the past and lives contentedly in LA.

That is, until the night a SWAT team descend from a Black Hawk helicopter and smash their way into his small apartment. With spotlights blazing in the sky, they tell him that a terrorist has penetrated a nuclear power station and is threatening to blow it up. But before he does that he has demanded to speak to Nick.

Whisked by Black Hawk to the terrifying heart of the nuclear power plant, Nick discovers that there are people who have not forgotten his past - they know what he did as a teenager, and they are going to make him pay for it . . . "
