7 out of 10

This was cute. I've liked a lot of the 87th Precinct novels, and even though I can't stand the character of Ollie Weeks, who is center stage for most of the book, I still read it and enjoyed the police procedure and the other characters (especially Carella and his wife). Funny, not too heavy, and pretty much just a kick-back and turn off your brain and enjoy kind of book.

I don't know what I did with this book, but it's not in my home, so it must be somewhere else.
