Chronicle of a Death Foretold
3 journalers for this copy...
You know from the very first line what will happen in this short novel and yet it is a riveting tale, a story that will stay with me for a long time. I did not like much what I have read before from Marquez as the world he depicts is often so cold and cruel and the characters so heartless but this is really a masterpiece, very touching even.

Excited to have found this wandering book, and once me and my wife have both read it we shall make sure it travels onwards to a new and exciting land!
This was passed on to me by my son in Edinburgh.
I love the concept of free books circulating round the world! - but didn't particularly enjoy this one!
