The recommendation on the front cover by Kathryn Stockett (The Help) sold me. I pulled this book from the box. Thanks!
I'm not sure this is the type of book that you'd necessarily pick up and never put down, but that's exactly what I did this weekend. I devoted an entire day to reading and was thrilled to find that this novel had some substance and characters that I could sink my teeth into. The San Francisco setting made me yearn to go back there. It's one of my favorite cities and I've been to almost all the places she mentions in the book. I loved that.
I liked, too, that there was an interview with the author in the back. I always find those so intriguing and was especially interested in the flight crash theme. Interesting.
I'll look for more by this author.

I left this in a Baggie on a bench at Pulley tower. Enjoy!
