I paid a euro for this at the regular Thursday market here today. I enjoy these medieval mysteries.

A medieval murder mystery featuring the coroner, Sir John Cranston and his clerk, Brother Athelstan. A good story, full of colour, characters and the seedier parts of London in 1376.
I'm really glad I didn't live in this smelly, filthy, violent century in London.

Thank you very much, bluenoser, for the cat food box of books that welcomed me home from a rather stressful week away. Much appreciated, thank you!
I've read and enjoyed several mysteries by this author and look forward to adding another one to the list - at some time, maybe not too soon ....

That was fun! Thank you again, bluenoser! Multiple murders and riddles and possible suicides and treason and lies and all sorts of unsavoury stuff - just what the doctor ordered!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I left this with the other books on offer in this very well stocked red telephone box book exchange while visiting relatives in the south west!

Over two million people around the world give their books a unique BookCrossing IDentity number (BCID) before sending them out to find new readers. Since the start of the scheme in April 2001 more than ten million such books have been put into circulation. This is one of them!

Our hope is that we can track the progress of our books once they've left our hands - and that's possible if finders like you visit the website, key in the BCID and leave a comment, however long or short. It's fun, it doesn't have to cost anything, although the site always appreciates donations towards running costs, and you can remain anonymous if you wish. You don't have to join but if you do you'll be able to number and track your own books!
