I enjoy this series because it is light and amusing and makes for a quick read. Hamish MacBeth seemed a slight bit dafter than normal in this book, as I had no problem guessing the twist, and Blair is the continued arch-enemy/co-worker. The mystery was pretty well-done, despite the twist that MacBeth couldn't figure out. I always have to admire the fact that MacBeth knows what he wants out of life and is not looking to climb the ladder because his life is pretty darn good as is -- it is an attitude I need to keep in mind when looking at my own future.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

"A book is a mysterious object, I said, and once it floats out into the world, anything can happen. All kinds of mischief can be caused, and there's not a damned thing you can do about it. For better or worse, it's completely out of your control." -- Paul Auster

Once again, BCinDC has a tent at the Gaithersburg Book Festival to give away Free Books to interested attendees. This book will hopefully find a new reader there.

I found this book today at the Little Free Library at Serendipity Farm in Derwood, Maryland. I picked up your book, Six, because my friend in Catonsville, Maryland, loves to read books by this author. I will just need to find out if she read this particular book before or not. So glad I found a book of yours! :D

My friend already read this book. Oh, well! I guess it'll be sent out again via wild release. It was a nice try anyway. :)
