This was a very interesting and entertaining story about a young woman who has the good fortune of being selected to work in NY's Per Se Restaurant when it first opens. She tells about the workings of the restaurant, staff, clientele and of course the food. Also her love affair with a coworker.

Finally got around to reading this one. Enjoyable read, a little insight to the world of fine dining. I have been in hospitality most of my adult life but have never worked in fine dining so this was fun for me. I liked the writing style, beware you'll want to know the continuing story of this woman and where life takes her.....thanks again for sending.
