It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.Captain Corelli's Mandolin
1 journaler for this copy...
A broad-brush picture of the Second World War as fought on the Greek island of Cephallonia, and its aftermath. The main plot, which unfolds through the lives of a village doctor and his beautiful, intelligent daughter, also sweeps us up into the exploits of the Italian and German armies, the Greek resistance, and a lone British infiltrator (who quite stole the show from my perspective!) In spite of a weak ending, it's a rollicking read.
Originally passed on to a hospitalized friend for her to "release" as and where she thinks fit.
