Purchased this for $2.00 for my Kindle. Finished reading this morning. I do not recommend this; I advise readers new to Donna Tartt to acquire The Little Friend or The Secret History. (The only reason to read The Goldfinch is that it is from Donna Tartt!) The book drags, the plot's dull (as are some characters) editing is sorely needed. As a Tartt fan, I'm disappointed.
