HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Thank you so much for this birthday surprise - the label and the book are both here :) I've loved the books by McCall Smith, can't wait to read this!

It seems that I read # 13 (The Limpopo Academy of Private Detection) before this one, but it really didn't matter. This part wasn't my favorite of this series, but the stories were sweet as always. I was so happy about the white van and the wedding of Grace :)
EDIT:
I added the picture of the front page of this copy as I'll take part in the Kuukausivapautukset 2014 -challenge by Chania with my controlled release - you can see it's SUMMER!

The mere sight of the envelope made me smile. It has served well, first Lukutuoli sent me a birthday present in it. The stamps weren't stamped, so I sent her her birthday present in it. Still the stamps were "unused", so Lukutuoli used the same stamps & envelope once again. I'm sorry to tell that this was the last journey they made, now each and every stamp was stamped :(
The sight of the book makes me feel guilty. My nephew got married in Barcelona last Saturday and I wasn't there. I've never been to Barcelona and had already booked a trip to Berlin a few weeks back and a trip to the valley of Champagne next week. Unfortunately I do have to work from time to time and if I travel to Barcelona, I want to stay at least a week and see something else than my boring relatives. Sorry, Mane, if you get married a second time, I'll promise to be there...
