1996 Avon paperback of the 1995 national bestseller debut. I bought this copy last week for 10 cents from the sale shelf at Dimond Library.
Edit January 15, 2018: This was pretty good, but long. The premise is clever, about a mob figure buying the Presidency. Some of the action sequences are a bit preposterous in text, because the late author was primarily a script writer. I currently have this ranked at #1622 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
