Journal Entry 3 by wingmarmee463wing at Queenstown, Otago New Zealand on Monday, October 21, 2013
Caught during a fabulous Unconvention in Queenstown, I love the cover (that's important) and I'm looking forward to reading it.

Journal Entry 4 by wingmarmee463wing at Templestowe, Victoria Australia on Friday, November 29, 2013
The setting for this story is a bleak coal-mining 1880s settlement on a plateau above New Zealand's West Coast - an isloated community made up of many desperate aggressive people forced to live there due to a variety of circumstances. It is the story of a child of five whose will to survive and grow within this hostile setting makes for a poignant, heart-breaking tale. Recommended reading.
