I have no idea how I came to have this book! It's a proof copy that arrived with no acknowledgement so I guess I "won" it in a draw of some sorts from one of the many publishers sites I view - not that I am complaining it looks just my sort of thing :o)

This is one of those books that although I found compelling & an intriguing read, I'm not really sure I could say I enjoyed it. There are very few characters in this book & the story divides itself between Jodie's & Todd's "versions" of their lives & I can't say I warmed to either of them. In Jodie's case I think mainly because I couldn't understand her ability to just block out what she didn't want to know.
Somehow the tale has left me a little unsatisfied & I feel I've must have missed something along the way....because what exactly did happen between her brothers? Maybe it would benefit from a second read but it's on a fellow BCers wishlist so I want to move it on & see what someone else makes of it :o)

Finished! Gosh, what a cracking read! There were so many twists & turns that I raced through it! A very grim portrayal of marriage & relationships indeed.
Have passed to my Mum, as she is keen to read this next!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Left on bench on platform.
An easy read. Coming soon to a screen near you I image. Could be a TV movie or a blockbuster, as the plot builds well with plenty of twists. Finished.....now to release somewhere. Not traveled very far as I finished it at home!
Found this book at the British Museum in London a couple of days before I left for my trip to Cambodia. Needless to say the book is now travelling with me, I am very much enjoying it so far and we'll see where it ends up next... :-)
