Picked this up off the bargain table at Books-A-Million, for two bucks, what a steal!

Will be reading this one right away, as it's real hard for me to put down anything by this author......

Wow! Knocked this one out pretty quick! A rather enthralling story that took place during the Watts riots in 1965. As far as getting inside characters' heads, Mosely is topnotch.
This book further reinforces my contention that the best way to understand things about the world that differ from your own experience (whether in another land or right here in America) is by reading, whether novels or memoirs.
