I'm claiming this from the Crime Scene bookbox. (See the bookbox journal here.) Something about the shirtless guy with the arrow in his back on the cover caught my eye {grin}.
Later: The story takes a while to get going, with protagonist Brady Coyne heading off to a client's remote Maine fishing lodge, initially to negotiate a land deal with local native Americans involving an ancient burial ground. Along the way, Brady learns about poaching vs. hunting, does some fishing, meets an old flame, and, eventually, stumbles over the body of a guest, who's been murdered - and scalped...
The plot gets convoluted, and I admit it wasn't my favorite aspect of the story, but I did enjoy the "Maine wilderness" scenes and some of the quirky characters - such as local lawyer Seelye Smith, whose father only sent him to law school after he'd accidentally cut half of one hand off at the mill (!).

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I left this book, bagged against the elements, on a picnic table on a hilltop at Kimball Fruit Farm, when stopping by to check out their apples - and to admire the view! The photo doesn't show it as well as I hoped, but that hilltop (complete with scenic old plow and part of the apple orchard) has a magnificent view of distant hills...
