I'm not normally a fan of short stories but I did enjoy all of these, some I liked more than others but there wasn't one I didn't like (very unusual for me!). Romantic, melancholy & at times raising a smile, the stories were a good mix with the author managing to evoke such a strong sense of atmosphere that the Greek towns & villagers really sprung to life.
