Third book about Jody the vampire and her boyfriend Tommy, now also a vampire. This time the vampire couple, their minion and vampire wannabe Abby Normal, her boyfriend Steve a.k.a. Foo Dog, her goth friend-of-sorts Jared, the Animals of the Safeway night shift, the Emperor of San Francisco with his dogs, and the policemen Cavuto and Rivera have all their hands full again. Chet, the cat of the Huge Cat Guy, has become a vampire and made hundreds other vampire cats that haunt the city. The old vampire, Elijah, is also back again, and he's got company. There is also a mysterious swordsman, and Kona from another Moore book Fluke, makes an appearance.
Not as good as the first Jody and Tommy book, Bloodsucking Fiends, which is hilarious at its best, but entertaining read anyway. It's just that I don't like to read about killing cats, even if they're vampire cats.
This book goes to my reserved shelf for now. I'll think about what to do with it, and the second book of Moore's vampire series (You Suck), since the first book, Bloodsucking Fiends, belongs to my permanent collection, but I don't know if I want to release these sequels separately.
