Ein Entenpaar sucht in der Großstadt Boston einen Platz, um ein Nest zu bauen und dann ihre Entenküken großzuziehen. Mit Hilfe des Polizisten Michael gelingt später die Übersiedlung der Familie in den Stadtpark. Stehengeblieben, ihr Autos, wenn die Entenmutter Mrs. Mallard und ihre 8 Küken die Straße überqueren möchten!
Eine nette Bildergeschichte für Kinder, geschrieben und gezeichnet 1941.
Ich habe das amüsante Buch jetzt schon ein paar Mal gelesen, und es macht mir immer wieder Spaß.
