I'm the author.
There's the confession out of the road!

I've only just discovered this site and have decided to send my book on this journey just to see where it goes. If anywhere.
It could well end up in a dustbin somewhere but I hope not.

All my friends and family who have read it so far have loved it. And passed it on, which is flattering... but not good for sales.

So, good luck book...

And if you find it and like it, by all means pass it on... Then tell somebody else to buy it.

Thank you.
Alex Ashe.

Very interesting and enjoyable book. Gives an insight, from both sides, into family life during the period of the troubles. If you are from Belfast you will find yourself identifying with some of the characters and you will find yourself entering many 'memory lanes'.
