This looks like my sort of book, looking forward to reading it.
No doubt there are some monstrous people in this world and if they happen to be your parents and you are only three years old when your life suddenly goes pear-shape, it makes for a very tough life journey.
Set in Melbourne, my home town, this is a truly shocking memoir.

Going to read this while visiting Australia on holiday.
The first part of this book, until the author attended university, held my attention. But then the premise/plot line started to drift too much. It started out in a hiss and a roar and grabbed me but the exAmples of her life became very disjointed (as a child that was an acceptable writing style, but when flitting through her adulthood it was odd).
The lack of dates other time made it slightly difficult to follow at times.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
If you aren't familiar with Bookcrossing, take a few minutes to check out this very cool site. Bookcrossers LOVE books, and more than anything, they love to read books and then set them free for other people to find and enjoy. I would love it if you would leave a journal entry -- you can say where you found the book or how you liked it when you read it.
