I'm taking this from the Anything But Romance shrinking bookbox. I like this kind of trivia/miscellany, and this looks like fun.

Later: Some entertaining tidbits here, from the alphabetically-arranged chapters on a variety of topics. The causes of chapped lips, the ideal temperature for sleeping, the section on "itches" (just reading which made me feel a bit itchy!), sections on laughter, numbness (both emotional and physical), sneezing, snoring, whispering, and more; some sections are quite short, others more in-depth, with explanations for the causes of the topic and suggestions for coping with it.

I left this book on a bench outside of the Texas Roadhouse restaurant at about 2, when I stopped by for lunch. Hope the finder enjoys it!
