A Map of the World (Oprah's Book Club)
6 journalers for this copy...
Thanks for picking up this book. Please write a journal entry to let me know where it ended up, and I'd love to hear what you thought of this book when you had a chance to read it.
If you are new to Bookcrossing, then welcome! You've found a great community of people who share a love of books and reading. There's a lot of information on this website about how to join, and what to do to pass along your books so that you too can follow their journey around the world. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message through my profile (click where you see my name, stormysweetie, and it should bring you to my profile). Thanks for joining!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Bringing this book to the next BookCrossing meetup at Algiers. Hope you enjoy it!

Picked this up at a library book sale. The best kind - give them $5, and you can fill a box with books. Unfortunately I picked up 2 copies of this same book without realizing it. Time to pass one along and read the other copy.

Just picked this up.
Jane Hamilton is a good writer but this book is too depressing to read.
Caught at January 2013 Boston BookCrossers Meetup and planned for re-release to the work booksharing shelf.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Planned for release at March 2013 Boston BookCrossing MeetUp
Caught at the Boston area Bookcrossing meetup of March 2013!
This was a book with an interesting format, the story told from different points of view from the main characters. I felt that the male character didn't really synch up with the female character's point of view of him. The themes are somber and sad but it is an interesting post-modern novel.
Setting aside to bring to future Boston meet-up.

Pulled back from my office book/share shelf. Bringing to the May 2014 Boston Bookcrossing meetup.
Released at the May 2014 Boston Bookcrossing meet up...
Caught at the BC meeting last month in Harvard Square.
Couldn't find any hint of the plot on the front or back covers of this book. But bookcrossers summed it up (a kid drowns, and people have to cope) and praised this novel, so I'll give it a go!
