I found this book both witty and exasperating - delicious gossipy sociological insight into the egomaniacal world of New York City publishing (specifcally Vanity Fair magazine) told by a raging misogonst egomaniac. This book is very funny in places, but can also grate on your nerves if you have a low tolerance for self-indulgent infantile behavior.
