This one is one that will likely never leave my personal collection. I read it for the first time when I was in middle school, and it's probably one of the books that has had the most lasting impact on me, so much so that I purchased a copy just recently, because I remember it so fondly.

It's just a really incredible story about the Holocaust experience told by a character who already knows the end of the story. This is truly a unique and well-told childrens book that anybody child or adult can appreciate.
