Well plotted book in which two story strands intertwine and gradually merge. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I was thrilled to find this book at the Camel & Artichoke OBCZ today. Why? Because it's on my wishlist! Such a great find to take with me to Finland. Thanks for sharing!

I kept thinking that is was basically a very traditional western, where the lone sheriff (Tanner Mirabel) sets out on a search quest in order to find the criminal (Argent Reivich) and to avenge the death of a close person (Gitta). Well, maybe not too traditional since it takes place in space with lots of techological stuff around. :) Skillfully written, although I guessed already in the half way how the two memory/time lines were connected. The scifi element left still some surprises to the end.

The other half said: Two stories, one better than the other. Merging together in an unique but somewhat predictable way. Not the best book in the series but enjoyable nevertheless. A quite typical Reynolds book.
