I brought this book home from Singapore and read it half way through. I kind of enjoyed it, but never got round to finish it.
It's a bit weird, the way fantasie creatures and the real world are connected, but definitely fun reading :)

I already read some of the novels and now I am really looking forward to this bunch of short stories.

17.07.2017 Well, that took me a while to read... to be honest I haven't read all the Dresden files books yet, so that was a reason for me to wait. But now it is really time for this book to move on :)
Most of the stories can be read without knowing the other books I guess, though obviously there might be some minor spoilers. But: the last one contains kind of a huge spoiler, taking place after the last (yet) novel... I am still gonna read it, though ;)
The stories are quite different from each other. Some with a lighter approach and some pretty bloody. As in the books poor Harry takes a lot of damage and operates rarely without at least some knives stuck or other things being sticked into him and still manages to pull of that last desperate spell... so it is quite nice when there are sometimes not so "BANG!" parts. Oh yes, and obviously agent Murphy plays a role, too, and, in combination with some Red Court magic a quite close one...

This book is now travelling for the Supernatural Sweepstake :)
I am sorry it took me so long but I was looking for a new flat for months and fiiiinally found one, so I had to move pretty quickly. Sorry, I hope you will still enjoy my pick!
