Happy Birthday!

I received this great wishlist book for my birthday! Thanks so much for making it a wonderful birthday and I am looking forward to reading it soon.

A very interesting look at the first ladies from Martha Washington to Rosalynn Carter covering everything from redecorating the White House and purchasing formal china to raising their children and weddings held in the White House.

A couple of my favorite First Ladies were Jackie Kennedy who had a great part in the remodeling of the White House establishing the Red, Green and Blue rooms and of course her courage upon the death of her husband John and Betty Ford who did so much to bring attention to the treatment for substance abuse and showed a strong spirit and unwavering loyalty.
