Danke für die Spende, das Buch ist gut hier angekommen. Da zur OBCZ Bauernteich warscheinlich eher weniger Abnehmer für englischsprachige Bücher kommen, frage ich meine Schwester, ob sie Interesse hat oder jemanden kennt. Dann würde das Buch mit ihr zusammen im Dezember nach England fliegen - das heißt, es würde wieder in seine Heimat reisen ;-)
Wenn nicht, dann nehme ich es beim nächsten Meetup mit ins Anton Hannes, dort wird es sicher Leser finden.

Es zählt außerdem für efells Lesechallenge 2017 in der Kategorie Besuch bei einem Preisträger

An early work of Steinbeck - and I am not quite sure, what to make of it. On the one hand the style is already that, what makes Steinbeck so special. On the other hand the story in many parts was a little bit to esoteric for my taste. Only in about the second half I started to get fascinated by it.
