Gobbolino The Witch's Cat
3 journalers for this copy...
Journal Entry 1 by greenbadger from St Albans, Hertfordshire United Kingdom on Monday, August 20, 2012
Registered as part of my personal challenge to release some of my favourite books ever.
I absolutely love this story, of Gobbolino who is born a witch's cat but doesn't want to be, and his adventures as he searches for acceptance and a home. First printed in 1938, it is bound to still appeal to children (and adults) today.

We found this book outside our school, propped up against the fence. The children in silver class are 6/7 years old and they really enjoyed sharing Gobbolino's adventures with him. Now we are ready to send it on its way to another lucky reader.
