Well I have come into some luck. The charity book sale we occasionally have at work has been disbanded and guess who has been told to take as many as she wants home:))

Loved it. I think I will be looking out for more from this author and those penned under his real name too - Peter Gethers
I am sure I have seen a film based on this book but no amount of searching the internet brought up a result for me. If it is out there under a different name I would be curious to know what. The reason I say this is that I could picture it so vividly and also had a distant memory of where it was going. eg when one of the couples got murdered I knew it was going to be the next scene. Ah well one of life's mysteries ;-)
