Be sure to bring your sense of humor along: this book is for any parent who has ever tried, and tried, and tried, and tried to get a child to go to sleep. Love doesn't mean you never want to scream with frustration. :p

Definitely not for kids - the F-word is used liberally, and is only self-censored on the front cover and spine.

There is a priceless (and NSFW, of course) reading of the book here (thanks to allysther for pointing this out).

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Left on the bar so a parent could find it...for some stress relief through laughter.

Took some time to decide on a good place to leave this book since I didn't want it to be found first by a child...but my teammate agreed that this would be a fun book to use. Thanks to the ladies of TOC, who suggested the bar at D&B as a place where parents might be waiting (perhaps not too patiently) for their children. :)

Released for Vekiki's 2012 Monopoly game. For turn #9, Team Battleship landed on the square marked "fifth dimension". One of the biggest hits by the American singing group The 5th Dimension was entitled "(Last Night) I Didn't Get to Sleep at All"..so we decided to release a book about a parent who is desparately trying to convince a child to go to sleep!

Relevant lyrics: I know it's not my fault: I did my best. This heart of mine could use a rest. ;)
