Fields store was closing so everything was on sale for 80% off. This book is one of several I purchased to read whilst on vacation at Christina Lake. Not a great book by any means (it was worth the $1 I paid for it), lots of loose ends at the conclusion of the story and a rushed finale. However it passed the time and qualified as light summer reading. It is a quick read, and includes a bonus novella, "The Wilds." Planning to release it on my travels.
