My niece is the author of this eNovella published by Orbit. Book One of the Jessica McClain urban fantasy series is due out September 2012. It's titled Full Blooded by Amanda Carlson. I've read and reviewed an ARC provided by author.

Though I'm biased to the author, urban fantasy is definitely not my type of read. This eNovella sets the pace of action and grit that Jessica will certainly be known for. I thoroughly loved this eNovella and Book One, Full Blooded and eagerly await the next in the series, Hot Blooded. Jessica is definitely a tough girl that holds her own in a world of males out to get her. It's smart and well written with some dicey and spicey characters. I recommend it with confidence.
