As soon as I finish The First Wives Club by Olivia Goldsmith, c. 1992, I will be into this one. I have rolled the dice and ta-da this one is next!
The front cover is intriguing ... A macabre spell plunges young Jeanne Graham into a nightmare world of soul-consuming horror.
From the back:
Imprisoned in another's body -
Captured by a coven of witches -
Bound to a man she's never met -
Jeanne Graham cannot suspect the magnitude of the awesome power behind the bizarre and malignant plot to steal her sanity, her life, her very soul. A haunting journey to the crossroads of fear ...
I collect quotes as I read. These ones ended up as my sig file and I want to share them with you. Sometimes they're not earth shattering but more often they are ... Take what you like, and leave the rest.
Did a soul have to be old to know real happiness? p151
[comment: this is a good journal prompt for me]

This was an "okay" read. I think I was expecting something different. Anyhow, I'm pleased I persevered.
Leaving at Lake Norman Medical Center - downstairs waiting room - on the trolley.
