I did read the German version of the book a few years back. My English isn't that good, to get all the puns and wordplay's Fforde loves to make in his books. It is the second part of his "Thursday Next" series and if you don't know this series, you gotta read this. (But do start with the first one "'The Eyre Affair'"!). So far, "the well of lost plots" I liked most.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

This release is part of the BookCrossing Monopoly Game 2012 hosted by our Goddess of Game Vekiki.

The Story to this release:

So there we are: Team Wolf LOST on the Monopoly-Board 2012 in our first turn. So what do we do to pass the time? Get a Book. A Good Book. And before we knew it we were LOST in a Good Book. By accident. You think... ;)
This is what happened on THURSDAY, March 29th.

While being LOST in a Good Book, we get to know the Adrian Lush Show on Network Toads. Team Wolf was sneaking around being very, very careful not to appear on the pages which were being read right now. And of course, to stay out of vision of THURSDAY NEXT. She wouldn't be amused at all, would she?

And so we discovered a secret - we don't know if SpecOps 27 really know about this, but it seems that Adrian Lush, a fictional character, build an Empire in the real world under the name of "Lush Retail Ltd". As a cover operation to smuggle Welsh Cheese! The reason why all those Lush Shops have a very strong smell of soap and alike is just to cover up the smell of some (well most) of the Welsh cheese.

Of course we can't tell anybody without compromising our status being able to... well to do, what we do. Hence we decided to release (on the next THURSDAY) this book near a Lush Shop in Cologne, with some Cheese so that it must be obvious, what is happening. And hope for the best...

P.S. Sorry about Vikwick, but you know how Dodo's are, they always will be in the focus... (she is an early version 1.2)
