Bought to read and release - I don't often buy new books but I'd seen one that I really wanted, and it was 'buy one, get second half-price' so I took this one too. It's #1 in the UK paperback chart this week according to WH Smith, so once I've read it I'll start a bookray if it's any good.

Finally got round to reading this - historical fiction isn't my favourite genre, and while this was beautifully written, it didn't hugely grab me. Will wild release in the hope of finding a more appreciative reader!
