kinda like the blue day book, nice pictures and a funny story to tell.

Journal Entry 2 by Libby2 from Omaha, Nebraska USA on Wednesday, February 4, 2004
What a surprise! I received this in today's mail along with The Blue Day Book as a little "extra". This book looks REALLY funny. Thanks once again to jodi-jo-jo for an unexpected treasure. I am looking forward to reading it soon. I promise to journal after I do, then will find it a special new home so it can continue on it's journey around the world. It's already traveled from Darwin, Australia to Omaha, Nebraska U.S.A. and I have a feeling that's only the beginning!

Journal Entry 3 by Libby2 from Omaha, Nebraska USA on Friday, February 27, 2004
A funny little book of old-time black and white photographs and amusing captions by the author of the "Blue Day Book". Not quite as funny, but still an amusing read - especially for the single girl looking for "Mr. Right"! Very glad to be able to read both books thanks to jodi-jo-jo. I promise to keep this book moving - I'll find someone special to pass it on to next!

This funny little book is traveling again, this time back overseas to the United Kingdom where it will reside with YowlYY for awhile. I'm so happy to pass on this book to someone who really wants to read it. I hope it will continue on it's travels around the world - wish I could join it!

I returned from a long business trip (actually, they were 2 trips one after the other!) and found this cute little book in my office! Thanks so much for sending it... I will dip into it at lunchtime, and see that it travels to another country, to help a BCer I know who is looking for Mr Right....

PS: a special thanks also for the beautiful postcard of Iowa and the flag/sticker :-)

From www.barnesandnoble.com:
Every woman’s been there, and some have been there again and again! Bestselling author, Bradley Trevor Greive understands (really, he does) the very essence of woman’s age-old quest for her soul mate, the endlessly frustrating search for “Mr. Right”. Women from all walks of life ask, “Why is a good man so hard to find?” Looking for Mr. Right has the raw objectivity, brutal honesty, and deep insight into the male psyche (after all, the author is the enemy) to provide a credible answer: “Hey, maybe there aren’t any!” Bradley Trevor Greive has combined witty, original text with superb, side-splitting retro photographs to perfectly illustrate a simple but powerful message about how we choose to live our life and who we choose to share it with. Looking for Mr. Right is a hilarious, uplifting book for women, and it makes an absolutely ideal gift for all ages.

Just in the style of the "Blue Day Book" and "Dear Mum: Thanks for Everything", this is a collection of funny photographs in B/W, with very well chosen comments that give the recommendation on how to catch Mr.Right. A light and entertaining read with lots of smiles and giggles! Thanks for sharing :-)

This is just too cute to be kept for myself only...I am starting a bookray for it and may it make laugh many many people

sorry, in all the confusion of builders and plasterers here in Chobham.
I didnt record the date this delightful book arrived.

However, I did sit down in the middle of the chaos and go through it and I loved it.

It just made me laugh. Not as funny as the blue day book but still good.
will be going on to lizzyblack just as soon as I get her address.
Thanks for sharing it cheered me up no end.

I enjoyed this funny book. It read it during a stormy evening and it was a great substitute for "aperitivo" with my friends. It is easy to understand it even for those like me who aren't so good at english . I loved also the pictures. Thank you for this ring!

Well, I really needed to be reminded of the capital value of self esteem.

I only wish I could believe everything will turn out right
