I got this today, as a surprise book, at cestmoi's house during a great "tea" themed get together. I'll be reading it immediately because it turns out I am currently in-between books. Thanks cestmoi, for the tea party and this book.

This little book contains five short stories and in each story, I wanted to know more.

I gave this book an 8 rating because I really liked A.L.Kennedy's writing style, I found it to be quite unique, and I'm going to be searching for some of her novels.

I too enjoyed Kennedy's writing style. I am not usually a lover of the short story, but these were great. I liked that they were written in the reflective mood, as though she were talking personally to you or organizing her thoughts in her mind. Thanks Sue.
