The final installment in the Hyperion series. Although not as intriguing as the first two books, many questions are resolved, although many remain. Simmons veers into outright fantasy away from hardcore sci fi, so be forewarned. His characterizations are excellent, and he loves to write those bloody battle scenes and nasty sex scenes. Enjoy.
