I didn't find this novel to be up to the usual Lisa Gardner level. The story got better as I read along. The last third was the best part. Anyway, D.D. Warren had her hands full with this case of four family members murdered and the father the possible suspect. The father is clinging to life in ICU. Was it murder-suicide? Or something else? D.D. Warren believes there is more to this case than meets the eye. Now she has to prove it. A decent read after all.
