Just picked this book up today from my sister, Maranlin so I can read it for the virtual book club on Facebook. This will be the first book I'll have read by Tatiana de Rosnay.

Finished this book today, just in time for the book club discussion in the week ahead. Quite an interesting story line and concept, which makes me curious to find out more about the history of Paris in the 1860's and the modernization that took place. I liked the short chapters and use of letters that had been received by the main character, Rose, as well as the letter/story she was writing herself as all of this worked to keep the story line moving along.
