Thank you so much for my wonderful NSS parcel - I've been wanting to read this for a while, it was recommended by a reliably daft friend of mine :) I'll reserve it for you once I'm done MissM, though I do have a couple of bookrings to go first

MissMarkey gave me this to read while I'm at her place as the author is one of the authors doing a talk at the Oxford convention. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and it reminded me a bit of 'The Twits'!

Safely with me, I will read it after I've finished the book I'm reading at the moment, should only be a day or so. I will get it off to the next reader asap.
A really fun book, would be wonderful to read aloud to children.

Arrived today, typically with 2 other books but at least they aren't in bookrings.
Sorry for the delay in reading this - can you believe I was too ill to read. Thankfully I'm last on the list anyway.
So, this is a silly little book but I did find it a bit annoying (espeically the bits in brackets). Discoverylover, I had the same thought about The Twits especially at some of the illustrations.

I read the last part of the book in the train to Oxford there days ago. I enjoyed the story very much and hope I can buy another book about Fizzlebert Stump.
