Picked up at Hebden Bridge train station, whilst dropping off a pile more. Can't resist Stephen Leather - but this is not a Jack Nightingale supernatural adventure.
I hope to be as impressed with Cole Howard, FBI, and Mike Cramer, ex-SAS.

Well, this had me biting my nails right up to the end - and what a finale it was too!
There was a lot of unneccessary detail and padding I thought, without which the book would have had a faster pace - but the planning of this story must have been as complex and well-structured as a plan would need to be to assassinate the President of the USA!
Saving for another crazy bookcrosser.

Really enjoyed this - knew I would from the start as I loved Cramer's attitude to the Bayswater Blasters - you go guy! :o) As KawasakiBbae said it may have benefited from a bit of editing but still a good read.

The characters of Cramer, FBI agent Howard & Mary Hennessy all worked well & I'd be more than happy to read about them again.....although maybe not all of them are around to make it to a sequel - but I'm not giving anything away :o)

Spotted this back on the shelf in the laundry room at the caravan site (I know it's been on & off the shelf over the last year, shame none of the readers have journalled it) As I'm doing the "THE" Challenge, I picked it up intending to wild release over the weekend but am still carrying it around with me! If it doesn't get released on our homeward journey will probably give to my Dad ;o)
