thank you - I've read a few of Anita Shreve's books (not this one) and they're always a good read.

so sorry to have held on to this one for so long - I started to read it today and quickly realised that I *had* read this one before, and not all that long ago either - it must have been a non-BC copy as it's not coming up on my shelves.

Will wild release this one in the New Year, if the weather ever calms down!!
