Bought as a 'cheer me up' after having a tooth filled - despite having a growing mountain of books to be read.

Ha Ha - I stole it back!!! and its going out as a book ray when I finish it.

....Wow what a good book, JH has certainly come a long way from the gore and guts days of 'The Rats' and 'The Fog'.

9 out of 10

Finished it yesterday.....
A very intriguing story but I was just a little disappointed by the ending. Not to give anything away but JH used a standard device to 'solve' any mystery that was left. Saying that there were several twists - some that I expected but one that came as a surprise.

Now it goes on its journey as a book ray - over to you tommyknocker etc.

Found this posted through my letterbox yesterday, what a lovely surprise and the best timing as I have just finished the book I was reading. Started it last night seems very intriguing. Hopefully finish it in a couple of days time to then send it on it's way.

Thanks again Lonely Guy
