Penn from Penn&Teller has all kind of little anecdotes framed under ten alternative commandments. Some of the anecdotes have a clear link to atheism and in some even a link to the commandments can be found. However, all of them are honest and funny and show a great sense of 'no bullshit' realism.

Really enjoyed this one! (However if you are afraid of sexually explicit language - this book is not for you.)

Now part of the Atheist-VBB.

This is a book worth reading! I can't recommend it to anyone "sensitive", because there's something offensive pretty much on every page. I laughed a lot while reading it. Some of Jillette's views mirror the stereotypisized American (pop)culture (as seen from a Finnish standpoint) and are clearly shaped by his surroundings. That prevented me from getting sucked in completely, or should I rather say, pulled me back to surface from time to time, because the alienating effect was quite strong.

I read this book very quickly, I liked the style of writing and I think it's an important book, although many who really would benefit from reading it, shy away because it's written by Penn Jillette. Fear not!

Yay! I can't wait to read this, I love Penn & Teller, and I really enjoy Penn's Sunday School Podcast, which I guess must be kind of similar to the content of this book (but in aural form, obviously) so I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy this too. Thanks for posting it to me
