CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Off in the Calendar Bookbox to oliviapoolside and points beyond. Happy travels!
I took this book out of the Calendar bookbox. I like poetry and this book looks very readable.
These poems were very readable and conveyed a sense of alienation and a perception of the ridiculousness of human society. I thought that all the poems were written by the same character and told a disjointed story. They reminded me a little bit of Wallace Stevens, yet instead of describing nature the wildness of the cement jungle of Los Angeles is described.
