A cracking good read even if some of the humour and satire is now a little dated. I have now read all fourteen Christopher Brookmyre novels and enjoyed every one.

This is my second Brookmyre - and another Jack Parlabane book. Didn't enjoy it as much as the first one - some chapters were too long and, quite frankly, dull in places, where they were concentrating on one character's thoughts.

But very funny where it was funny. Got another Brookmyre in stock, yippee!

Released 3 mos ago (2/15/2012 UTC) at Little Hallingbury Mill OBCZ in Little Hallingbury, Essex United Kingdom

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Christopher Brookmyre always delivers much like his 'hero' Jack Parlabane. This is only the second of his books that I have read but I will look out for others.

Difficult to put down so make sure you have plenty of time to read this or you might lose some beauty sleep.
Being released at Little Hallingbury Mill Hotel for someone on their travels to take with them
