Jumble Sale leftover, which I read before registering. This is a "not quite chick-lit but nowhere near literary fiction" sort of book. Interesting story with, presumably, a happy ending which we don't get to see.

Slightly irritated by the characters' flashback speech, though. Would people have said "What's not to like?" over twenty years ago? Maybe they would in the US.
