This book is a story about a chain of phone conversations. Each chapter is about a character who is phoned by the character from the previous chapter. So, each chapter begins and ends with a telephone conversation, which links the book together."

This book is still being written. Each person who gets the book can add the next chapter. Don't forget to "sign in" on the last page beside the chapter you write. And PM me if you'd like to read the book once the whole story is complete.

This book is being written in an address book (thus the alphabetical chapters) with an Andy Warhol drawing of 4 Mickey Mouses on the cover.


I'd really like for this book to be used for controlled releases to registered BookCrossers only, but once it's out of my hands, it's...well, out of my hands. So, we shall see what happens--to the book & to the story!

oooooh....this was fun!!
So, Belinda Barker's story (chapter 2) has been added to this journal, and now its off to ppagano (plan to mail on Monday, 12/22), to contribute chapter 3!! And, I most certainly want to read the finished product to see how the story ends!

I received this wonderful little book over the holidays and love this idea! I finally came up with the character CARL Clooney (Chapter 3) I hope everyone enjoys it and I would also love to read the final product to see how the story ends! I will send this off to WritinReader in Kentucky by the end of this week.

Finished my chapter, building a bit on the mystery introduced in the chapter ahead. Looking like this is the story of Belinda more than anything... Chrissy is pretty well covered, sob sob. Nurse Debbie and Doctor David have had their say. Adam might be "new aging" in and out of the story. But that Belinda! With her cat and 2 ex-husbands, how could we fail to love her!!!

This has been fun. I hope I haven't shifted too far by trying to bridge things together. My phone conversation introduces the mystery man Ethan Evans but he's largely undeveloped. I also mention Harry to hopefully give lots of time for a set up to HH. And I didn't forget to end with a phonecall to Friendly Fred's cabs...

Off to the next writer!

I received this today and will get to it as soon as possible. It looks like such fun!

9/3 Oh shoot, I've had this over a month now! I promise I'll do my chapter over this long weekend and send it next Tuesday. I am so sorry I kept it so long.

I am so sorry I kept this so long. I am such a loser too, because I never did my chapter. :( My life has been crazy since this came to my house. We remodeled our kitchen, my oldest started Kindergarten, my youngest started preschool, soccer started, blah, blah, blah!!! Plus, all my creative juices were spent on doing a brochure. So, I just glued in a copy of the drawing I did for it (see journal entry picture). Again, I am so sorry I dropped the ball on this one. I must say I was a bit intimidated by all the well written chapters ahead of me. I would love to hear how this story ends.

I sent this to cytronella today. She got back to me once she returned from vacation. Have fun with this everyone!
